Add on the upper body movements onto your strong footwork
Understand each element so the flow feels organic and learn variations.
Train control and mobility for spins and counterbalances.
Start playing with the different concepts to create your own dance

Piro and Nelly are known for their fun but intricate classes. Focus is on technique and creativity. They have been teaching together weekly since 2022. Experienced international teachers with workshops in Japan, Switzerland and Southafrica.
Build timing and flow by mastering the basic steps with variations
Learn how to actually lead and follow with clarity and ease
Movement preparation, projections and weightshifting
Learn the basic waves and body isolations in Zouk to be able to have a flowy dance
Train your ear to dance to the zouk beat and beyond
Introduce safe head movement essentials
Start working on your one leg turn/counterbalance strength and technique
Work on becoming the best social dancer that you can be
Consolidate key skills and run through short choreographies to see your progress in action.

There are possibilities, take notice though that if you're signed up you have to pay the full amount according to your individual payment plan. Get in contact with us if you really need it. We rather have you dancing than not ;)
You need to be confident in the Zouk basics, frame, stepping and have social danced for a while. In this course we move into walking headmovements and more complicated variations which can be unachievable if you are not confident in your stepping doing the basic steps of Zouk. We add on layer for layer, if you miss one layer the dance can crumble... If you're still not sure about your level do not hesitate to ask us!
Nobody's basics are perfect, it is a life long journey to get great in them. We want everyone to continue to take the foundational class to develop the strongest basics so that we can start having more levels in the future. We also think that you need to be able to dance with people of all levels to really develop yourself as a social dancer. If you think you are done with your basics, you have come to the wrong dance ;) We also make it easy for you, Foundations are included in the course and the social is straight after!
